It's the same with my parents. And my brother doesn't seem to pray either. I'd never heard of the family Rosary until somewhat recently (over the past year) and finally met someone in the past week whose family DID say it. I'm amazed. I don't know how to begin that either. I've been praying for my family and my brother. (My sister seems to have things more so figured out but she's out of state most of the time at school). Anyway... I don't really know where to begin either. It's so hard to see my family ever praying the Rosary together.
